Support our rescue animals, shop the yard sale fundraiser Saturday, April 29 from 8am to 2pm!
This yard sale fundraiser will be hosted by ABC volunteers on Saturday, April 29 from 8am to 2pm. All proceeds will go to support our rescue cats & dogs.

VEG OUT for Animals Fundraiser
We’re bringing a whole new meaning to the phrase VEG OUT!
Fresh Mint is hosting a fundraiser on Wednesday, February 22 from 11am to 8pm to benefit the rescue cats & dogs at ABC!
Mark your calendar and stop by to veg out on healthy vegetarian-vegan cuisine while helping the animals! Any purchase helps! Mention ABC and we’ll receive 20% of the proceeds.
ABC will be onsite accepting donations until 3pm. We especially need all sizes of pet collars, leashes, and harnesses – new or gently used! If you can’t attend, but would still like to contribute, please check out our Amazon Wishlist for all our pet supply needs.

Thank You Dane!
Thank you to our volunteer Dane for organizing a bike-a-thon fundraiser for ABC.
The bike-a-thon raised enough money to donate 18 Kuranda dog beds and 2 cat towers! They assembled each bed and delivered them to the shelter in mid-December, just in time to help keep our rescue animals cozy during the holidays! Thank you to everyone involved who helped support Dane and Animals Benefit Club!

Critical Care Corner: Falkor
Falkor Needs Prosthesis After Hit-and-Run
A police officer rescued Falkor, a gorgeous German Shepherd, when he was left to die in the street after a hit-and-run in the Southwest Valley of Metro Phoenix. ABC was contacted and Falkor was taken to Phoenix Veterinary Referral and Emergency. Sadly his leg could not be saved and required amputation. Falkor has been placed in a foster home and is doing great.
He needs a cart to improve his mobility and to help redistribute his weight since he is a very large dog. Help us raise $2800 to purchase a cart. You can donate online or mail a check to 3111 E. St. John Road, Phoenix AZ, 85032.

ABC rescues animals regardless of their medical condition. Many times an animal needs surgery or extended medical care before he or she is ready for adoption. Our Critical Care Corner will keep you updated on these special needs animals.

The Raise Dough for Rescues fundraiser at Red Devil helped raise almost $100 for our medical fund, along with another $200 in online donations! No matter what size donation, it all adds up to make a difference in the animals lives. Thank you to all of the volunteers who gave their time, either assisting the staff or socializing the animals, and not just on #GivingTuesday, but every day of the year!

We raised $1,800 at our Happy Tails Brunch fundraiser!!! We are so grateful for their generosity to the animal rescue community. Also, a very special thank you to everyone who attended, our ABC volunteers who managed the table and 2 cute adoptable pups, and our wonderful server Leah who kept us shaded and happy with food and drinks!
If you haven’t been there yet, now is the perfect weather to check out their pet-friendly patio! Never mind the people watching, it’s all about the dogs!
